Where is the Festival?
The Townsville Rock Fest - Gone Country will be held at the Murray Sporting Complex AFL Grounds (Neil French Oval, home of the Hermit Park Tigers AFL Club)

What time does the gates open?
Gates will open at 12.30pm and the Concert ends at 10pm.

Are corporate packages available and VIP areas?
Sure are! We’ve got a number of packages available to be purchased, that include VIP tickets and food and beverage packs.  Contact Marion on 0439 582 415 for more information or see links on the website.

Is this an 18+ event?
No it is all ages. Children under 12 free and if you child is close to 12 they will be asked to state their DOB to verify.

Will food be available on the day?
Absolutely! There will be a great range of food and drinks on-site that will keep your toes tapping and boots scooting all night! The food will be done by the Rollingstone Lions Club. You will have bangers on a sanger and burgers made by the beautiful volunteer team.

Keen for something a bit spesh?  The Coffee Club will be offering amazing picnic basket lunch banquets, cheese platters and anti-pasto platters for one, two or a group.  Simply pre-order the delicious option that will suit your choice of wine or beer and the number of people in your group, then it’ll be ready and waiting for you when you arrive! Check out the Facebook page and pre ordered platters will close Friday 10am.

Can I bring my own drinks?
No.  As this is a licensed venue, you can not bring your own drinks. Grab a water for only $3 on the day. 

Can I rock on after the Festival?
Can you ever!  The official after venue party is going to be going off at The Ville Resort - Casino!  There will even be a free bus to take you there after the festival. Want a more chilled zone then go back to the Mercure Townsville and enjoy their poolside bar until midnight.

Where should I stay if I’m coming from out of town?
We’ll have packages for The Ville and The Mercure - see our website and Facebook pages for more information.

Can I bring my own chairs?
Yes you can bring chairs, picnic blankets and even an umbrella to keep the sun at bay. The grounds do have great shade from just after 3pm.

Is there ATM's at the event?
Yes there is.

Is there parking handy?
Yes there is ample parking and also disability parking available - just show your card.

Will pass outs be allowed?
Yes pass outs will be ok.

When is the latest I can purchase tickets online?
Tickets will be sold up until Friday October 26 at 12 noon.

If I haven't collected my tickets from the Townsville Entertainment Centre what should I do?
All tickets that haven't been collected will be available at the gate.

Can I set up a stall at the event?
No.

What are the ticket prices?
Adult - $59
Pensioner and Children 12-17 years
Children under 12 FREE

How do I register for the Show N Shine?
Just turn up between 10am and 12 noon and pay your $20 and you are in. All proceeds go to Volunteers Charity - Connecting Rainbows.
This will go until 4pm and you can take your car home or leave onsite and pick up on Sunday 9am.

Will there be first aid on site?
Yes 

Will I have a great time?
